Delivery
Please send us a message sperately from the order if you have to recieve the package by a certain date. We can usually accommondate your needs.
Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Most orders shipped within 2 business days, but occassionally we may go over the time frame. Cut off time is 8 PM US Mountain Time prior to shipping days. It may take longer if your order exceeds 100 lots.
Please make sure the address on your PayPal account is the correct one for shipping. We generally do not double check address unless PayPal gives an error.
Once the package is accepted by the mail carrier, We will not be responsible for damages or lost of package. Please request for an invoice to add insurance if you are concerned. Priorty mail pacakge (shipping rate $13 and up) gets free insurance up to $50.
US/Domestic Shipping Rate - Our defualt carriers are USPS and UPS. If for any reason you do not want to use UPS, or if you want a different carrier, please let us know at the time of placing orders.
